Most home inspections take 2–4 hours, depending on the size, age, and condition of the property. Larger homes, commercial buildings, or properties with additional services (like radon testing or outbuildings) may take longer. We always take the time needed to ensure a thorough, accurate inspection.

We recommend that clients arrive toward the end of the inspection for an in-person summary of the findings. This allows time for a walkthrough and discussion without slowing down the inspection process. If you can’t make it, no problem—your detailed report will include everything you need, complete with photos and videos, and we’re always available to answer any questions afterward.
